MyFreeCams is a long-running live cam site where you can watch public shows for free and buy tokens to tip performers or join group and private shows. Ads are minimal, there were no pop-ups or redirects, and the layout works on phones, though the main content can be a little slow to appear. Its help pages explain safety and content removal well, but token prices are not published outside the purchase process.
