Xcams is a live cam site where you can watch performers in free chat rooms and pay with credits for private shows. The homepage showed no ads, loaded reasonably quickly, worked well on a phone, and loaded very little outside tracking. Credit pack prices are shown, but not every detail of what each pack buys.
