Flirt4Free is a long-running live cam site with free public chat rooms, paid private shows bought with credits, an optional VIP membership, and on-demand videos. The site is free of ads on the first screen, fits phones well, and loads slowly for real visitors, while a fair number of outside trackers load in the background. Its rating is capped because our checks repeatedly found misleading download or play buttons that lead off the site.
