7.3/ 10
ScatFile is a niche extreme-fetish video download site with a large, regularly updated catalog, where watching or downloading full videos runs through a paid premium account on an outside file host. Browsing is clean and quick, with no ads on the first screen, no pop-ups or redirects, and a layout that works well on phones, though a large sticky overlay sits on the screen. No policy pages on takedowns, age verification, abuse reporting or an age check on entry were found.
