Rule34.dev is a hentai and anime-style art hub that brings image boards, manga and streaming together in one place. In our tests it loaded quickly, showed no ads or pop-ups, and worked well on phones, though it loads several outside tracking services. We found no policy pages explaining takedowns, reporting or uploader verification.
