HeavyFetish is a free, user-upload video site covering a wide range of fetish and BDSM content, including a foot fetish section, with an optional upgrade offered. Pages load fairly quickly and fit phone screens well. However, video pages are heavily covered in ads with video ads before playback, and the rating is capped because clicking links sent our test browser to other sites in every visit.
